Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information SuPeng Tech Co., Ltd. collects through supengtech.net, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Effective date: 2026-09-17
1. Who we are and what this covers
SuPeng Tech Co., Ltd. (“SuPeng Tech”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at supengtech.net. This policy applies to that website and to the business inquiry, download and support channels offered through it.
We are a business-to-business supplier of cleanroom engineering and equipment. This website is intended for business and professional use, not for consumers or children.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
When you submit an inquiry, request a quotation, request a document, or talk to our website assistant, we collect the information you choose to provide. This typically includes:
- Your name and job title
- Your company name and business contact details
- Your work email address and telephone or WhatsApp number
- The content of your message, including project requirements, target cleanliness class, site location and timelines
- Any files or drawings you choose to send us
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you browse this website, we record technical and behavioural information so that we can understand which products and projects interest visitors, improve the site, and follow up appropriately. This may include:
- Pages and sections you viewed, how long you stayed on each, and how far you scrolled
- The page or search engine that referred you to us, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed
- Approximate location derived from your IP address (country and region level), and the organisation associated with your network where publicly available
- Browser type, device type, operating system and language
- Date and time of your visit and a randomly generated visitor identifier
We use this information in aggregate and at visitor-session level to understand demand. We do not attempt to identify you personally from browsing behaviour alone.
2.3 Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of first-party cookies and local storage entries that are strictly necessary for the website to function, including remembering your session with our website assistant. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie, and you can refuse or withdraw consent without losing access to the site.
3. Our website assistant and AI processing
This website offers an automated assistant that answers common questions and is available outside business hours. When you use it:
- Your messages, and the pages you were viewing when you wrote them, are stored so that our sales engineers can follow up.
- Messages may be processed by a third-party large language model provider acting on our instructions, for the purpose of generating a reply.
- The assistant may ask for your name, company and contact details so that a human colleague can respond. Providing them is optional.
4. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare quotations or technical proposals
- To provide documents, drawings and technical information you request
- To follow up on business discussions and maintain our business relationship
- To understand which products and industries generate interest, and to improve this website
- To detect and prevent abuse, spam and security incidents
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you.
6. International transfers
We operate manufacturing and engineering teams in China and Vietnam and serve customers worldwide. Information you submit may therefore be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including China and the United States. Where required, we put contractual safeguards in place for those transfers.
7. How long we keep information
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve the business relationship, and are deleted on request. Website analytics data is kept for up to 24 months.
Where you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons, and we will tell you if that is the case.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a portable copy, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent you previously gave.
Additional notice for California residents
Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and how we use and disclose them, the right to request deletion and correction, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of consumers under 16.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@supengtech.net. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. How we protect information
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed administrator credentials, and access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
This website is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services and legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
